WVGS and SCW Chapter of the AAUW

The West Valley Genealogical Society and partnering with the SCW Chapter of the American Association of University Women is sponsoring a luncheon with the theme: Heritage and History: Arizona Centennial Celebration 1912-2012, on March 15, 2012. Our speaker will be Jim Turner; Historian and the program will be "Mr. Gadsden's Purchase-or-Why Arizona does Not Have a Beach". Attached is the flyer with all the details which needs to be completed by each attendee and sent to the address listed with the registration fee. Annual Salt Lake City Library Research Trip

When: March 20th - 28th, 2012.
Eight nights (double occupancy) at the Plaza Hotel which is adjacent to the Family History Library.
$300.00 - $400.00 Sr Adult Airfare tickets (estimate) Airfare prices cannot be firmed until tickets are purchased. $370.00 Dbl Occupancy - $802.00 Single Occupancy
  • Does not include R/T shuttle in Phoenix
  • Add $20.00 for R/T Shuttle from Salt Lake to hotel
  • Non WVGS member surcharge, add $35.00
  • Note an optional city tour for $55.00 is available
